In need of financial capital to complete the construction of my yogurt business--

Greetings,
My name is Timothy and I'm in the works to begin a very lucrative yogurt concept that is more than halfway complete in the buildout, but I'm short what is needed for it's completion. I'm in need of financial capital to complete the construction of my yogurt business and am wondering if anyone is interested in taking part or if anyone can refer me to any institution or person(s) as I am trying to refrain from an SBA until absolutely necessary. Please respond ASAP. Thanks for your consideration.

my background:

Manager/owner Juice It Up!--San Jacinto, I have recently been appointed as Lease negotiations specialist with FrUgos YogUrt Corporate--an up and coming yogurt concept with over 10 yogurt stores built and now in operation in the last year alone. Currently, with the rate of their expansion they project another 30+ stores built and in operation in the next 2 years alone. This is a great time and opportunity for those considering taking part as investors or store owners they are headed towards countrywide expansion. With over 30 years worth of customer service, management, construction and manufacturing experience with such concepts as Cold Stone Creamery, Juice It Up! and our experience in the manufacturing industry with the likes of Nordstroms and Forever 21--We have established ourselves in this already successful, lucrative and growing novelty industry. Our concept is simple and surprisingly profitable--Just short of what is required to finish the complete buildout I'd like to see if anyone is willing to assist.

Hello Timothy,

hope all is well. Can you tell us a bit more about the buildout, time frames, cost, etc...? Also, curious to know what you want to avoid doing an SBA?

I have another business that currently exists and is barely on its 2nd year of operation of which I have an SBA on currently and considering our operation has only continued for a year makes it more difficult to obtain another SBA unless I'm mistaken. Any advice, incite or recommendations would be gladly appreciated.

Its looked at for sure. How much was the initial SBA for? Email me directly if you would rather keep that confidential.

Timeline:
I currently have the store half way completed fully financed totaling $130k (construction, fees, licenses considered), but I am in need of 80k roughly plus working capital to complete this project and get the store open for business. Projected opening by the end of October.

My apologies I may have stated that wrong. What I meant to say is how much SBA exposure do you have with the other business? What collateral did you use for the initial SBA?

When I say our project is almost complete. I mean that I am more than Half-way completed in our construction process, and of course we have our CPA (couldn't do without his assistance). Let me know if you prefer that I e-mail details or contact me at:

Have you spoke to your landlord? On the notion that and incomplete store is one that will likely not be paying rent and/or will be vaqcant, many landlords might step up and help with the build-out.

Whew, let's try that again, in English.

A vacant store is not only a nonproducing store, it is one that is hard to replace these days. Your landlord might be willing to assist you in return for additional rent and such. Also, more often than not, the equipment distributors, again knowing their equipment may be on the way back, will ante up with some help.
