I have started a few threads over the past week and when I clicked post they state that they must be reviewed by the moderator, yet they have never shown up in the forum.

I've noticed a lot of people talk about missing posts and having trouble. Was the post thread directly talking about terms or specifics? Are you a business owner looking for financing?

In the Original threads I was looking for someone who may be interested in giving a short term loan or investment capital for the purchase of an existing fine dining restaurant and will also be adding a jazz/night club and cigar lounge. All will be focused on attaching the 35 and over population.

Then I'm unsure of why it wasnt working. Seems to be fine now though. Can you tell us a bit more about the specifics, do you need a location, what the financing is for, etc...?

Funny thing is I thought since this thread went through I would just reply to it and attach the information I was looking for originally. Well I did that and low and behold it is there with the moderator to be reviewed and never showed up. I will try to reword it and leave out the word L _ _ _.

I am looking to buy an existing fine dining restaurant that is located on top of a 101 unit high rise condominium. It is almost 7000 square feet in size. I have thoughts of subdividing it an putting a jazz/night club in and focus on attracting the 35 and over group. also part of the purchase is an 1055 square office space on the first floor, my thoughts are to turn that into a Cigar lounge. What I was looking for is acquiring the down payment.

Rick,

As I'm sure you're well aware, the entire lending industry has become a much more risk averse then in previous times. I don't mean to discourage you but I just want to let you know that it has become increasingly difficult as of lately to secure funding for new restaurants... although by no means is it impossible! We'd really need more details about your credit, income, assets, debts, business plan etc to get a better idea about the viability for obtaining funding for your project. I sent you an email telling you a little more about my business; feel free to give me a call 7 days a week if you'd like to discuss things further.

Best regards,
