Need some finance for Canadian business

Hello

I am looking for some finance for a bsuiness I just started a month ago
I will be importing some products from china: lightbar for police department
towing company... my website is not fully ready.

I am looking around $5,000 to $20,000
I have a poor credit, no equity
Please advise
