I am a product photographer and my question is how can a product photographer/cinematographer be more easily accessible to a new / small business to help them in promoting their product.

I just looked in my city directory (population 700K), which is what I'd do first if I needed a your services. I found 51 ads for local product photographers, and since I could telephone or e-mail any of them, and visit websites for most, they seem very "accessible" to me. How could you differentiate yourself from them? Probably by having a portfolio on your website that featured the kinds of products I had and the style of shots I wanted. Best of luck!
