Is it possible to get a loan to buy a apartment complex worth $1.2 - $1.5 million with zero down? Is there a SBA Program that helps in that way?

UMmmmmm.....Is this meant to be humorous or are you sincere? The answer is NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone who says otherwise is going to eithier waste your time or take your money.

I agree with the last post. SBA\'s are great loans but the government wants you to bring something to the table too. Not only money but collateral. Especially when your talking about the max SBA loan.

last SBA a client pursued required lien or mortgagge on their personal residence too
