We need funding to get grants and layouts for project below.
Rev. Pendergraft
Here
is the Project that I'm working on I will work with local business to
turn homeless into home owners, it is my mission to help give people a light of hope
in their darkest hours. We are working on getting 460 Acres of land to
build homes for people in need, first we will have temporary housing
buildings then move to apartment style rooms. We will have 3 levels to
this program and each level will have requirements to move to the next
level as listed below.
(1) basic 11x12 room and a shared restroom and bath room (Small Room)
(2) low income apartment 900sf, privet 1 bedroom and privet bath room (Rent)
(3) Low income housing 1200sf (Own)
With the help of local business we will find employment for as many
homeless as we can. We will be offering Businesses fair rent on our
property with a requirement that they hire a % of homeless people in
the local area, we will be working with as many helpful groups to
complete our services to help the homeless in this area. The Mission to help the needy, we feel faith is a choice and not a requirement to get our help.

I will be working on a 1 Month, 3 Month, 6 Month And 1 year plus a 5
year Budget showing income and cost of project and will have detailed
information on its program and time frame of each projects.
Simple income information:
Walmart/Frys or Target.. Building
Target : With an average
size of 174000 square feet per store X 5 Dollars per square feet= $870,000.00 (
http://pressroom.target.com/pr/news/target-stores/fastfacts.aspx)
Fry's Electronics: 60,000 square feet per store X 5 Dollars per square feet= $300,000.00
Large Grocery Store : 60,000 square feet per store X 5 Dollars per square feet= $300,000.00
Total per month: $1,470,000.00 <- (Down payment on land)
Total per year: $17,640,000.00
Small Business $500.00 to $25000.00 Plus per month will being in about $9,000,000.00 per year. extra.
Plus when the homeless are employed they will pay a small amount of rent to cover daily clean up cost.
Clayton brings in about $4,000,000.00 per year in taxes and has 10,000
people who live there, from what I can see we would be able to handle a
lot of people with an income of $26,640,000.00 per year.
This is not a small project nor is it going to be done quick, its a
program that will take time to build and complete. But as I said before
I have my whole life to find away to help the needy, its better to try
and fail then never try at all.
