begin with, we are an ESL/EFL school looking for funding for our project, which
is at the seed stage of development. The funding will assist in building
classrooms, renovation of some areas at the resort, purchasing of equipment and
materials for academic and administrative needs, advertising and marketing, and

secured our business license and tax identification for the Philippines. We are
residents of the Philippines and cumulatively have been teaching ESL students
for many years, so this field is not new to us. For further information on the
industry of ESL/EFL schools and how profitable they are please check with your
local business authority as well as those of the Philippines. You will find
this is a growing and lucrative business. In addition, I would like to point out;
we are
not seeking "hot" money, as these schools are long
