I am also in the begging stages of opening a boutique and what I have found that may be helpful is tradeshows.Shows like the Magis Show in Las Vegas which is held every February and August of each year is a great way to get your name iut there and to get exposed to both low end and high end products. As long as you have your wholesale license/seller's permit, tax id and business cards to prive that you are a legit company, registration is free! Also going to other stores that are like the one you want to open and asking to see if they have wholesale info!

I strongly suggest that anyone looking for wholesalers and buyers from around the world go over to
http://www.alibaba.com You can find almost any types of products and services on the site. You also can conduct live chats and make deals directly with buyers and sellers. The site has been around for years best of all, it is free to join.

A lot of small businesses in your industry fail, because of the lack of experience from the part of the business owner. Did you know that wholesalers pull up your DUN AND BRADSTREET credit report? www.dnb.com

Also be careful of which report you build and what you say, as once that information is in there, it can not be removed.

For more information visit www.businessformationgroup.com/creditsecrets.html

good luck.

Hi,

I think I can help you with that. The company Merchandize Liquidators (http://www.merchandizeliquidators.com) supply name brand clothing and shoes. They supply to stores like Ross but also to small retailers. From what I understand they liquidate all the overstock clothing, shoes, bedding etc.. from Macys

Good luck
