I've said it before, and people probably think im spaming, but Wealthy Affiliates is the best place to learn how to start a business. Whether its self, affiliated, or retail in your case they will TEACH you how to do so. You get access to TOOLS that you would otherwise have to pay thousdands of dollars to get. They offer free web hosting, so once you get your domain, you can use their Site Rubrix to build and maintain your site.
