Funding for $200K/yr home based marketing consulting firm?

I have managed to build a prosperous marketing consulting practice over the past two years. However, I would like to take it to the next level. I am looking for funding to move into offices, pay off debt, and do some marketing of my own services to expand the business. Any suggestions where I might secure this type of business financing?

How do I get in touch with you?? Email?? Phone??

Have you developed a Business and Marketing Plan I can read??
How long do you need the funds FOR?? and HOW and When will you pay me back??

Good afternoon, hope all is well. Sounds like an SBA might be a good option. Have you talked to anyone about that type of funding?

The answer to your question is yes - I have a business and marketing plan that you can review. However, I must update the document. It will take me about 5 days to update it.
