I'm a consultant in FL that has access to several funding sources that have huge appetites for hotels. Preferably 4* +. I can get other things funded but hotels are very good right now.

Dreammaker,

Retailers including hotels are turning their backs on all but the very very best of commercial sites.

I would think, given your connections, that you would have access to "assignments" from hotels, or your sources. That would be the path of least resistance.

I'm working on two sites in Florida to be developed as "mixed-use" projects, and right now they include hotels. Are your funding sources looking for involvement in an entire project or just the hotel portion?

I am also looking for a JV partner for another investor. In immediate need of $1.5 million $3,400,000 equity---12 to 36 month term
upon refinancing---ROI is 49% of equity plus return of principal.

Are your guys wanting hotels already built, or prime hotel development deals? I've got a killer deal in Mexico and Panama that aren't finished yet, but are very good deals. Let me know what your parameters are.

We are into the Import/Export,leisure and tourism industry. We happen to find ourselves in
this very country I'm talking about and already working with people in this industry. These guys
are urgently looking for potential investors . They are serious and genuine business people.

We need an Equity Partner for a Hotel we are taking over on a Lease to Own basis, the hotel deal is as follows:

  • EP Needs to place in $150K by January 10, 2009
  • We will manage the Hotel with its current staff
  • The EP will receive $20K per month for 24 months and have first payout. $150K = $480K
  • We will pay out the EP first each month before expense's
  • Hotel only nets $50k per month, we will be reinvesting in the hotel and bringing in a Theme.

The Hotel:
  • Boutque
  • 70 Rooms on the Water
  • Historic
  • In California
  • Managing Staff: One Professional Hotel Manager, Two Architechs and Capital Broker
