Hello, yes I am looking for working capital. I have been working on a project since last year. We had a mortgage broker who lied to us in order for us to take out a mortgage on our commercial property. I already have one retail tenant and one apartment rented. There are still 2 more 2 bedroom apartments i need to complete and the other retail suite. This suite we were suppose to have opened up a pizza business last year. We have the rights to open up a franchise, but without the capital it cant be done. Please email me so we can discuss this further.
