Our Company, Grupo Macwat S.A. de C.V., is a Mexican corporation headquartered in the Pacific coast city of Manzanillo in the State of Colima. MACWAT stands for Mexicans, Americans, Canadians Working All Together. Our Company is still in the process of obtaining our import/export license for liquors, beers, wines and cigars.

In addition to our planned import/export business our business model calls for operating both company-owned and franchised American-style retail liquor stores. Our first store just recently opened in Manzanillo. VIVA VINO stores are air-conditioned, clean, well stocked with wines, spirits and beers. We have both a tasting-bar and a small lounge inside the stores for our customers to relax and visit with their friends. Customers can either buy a bottle of wine to take home or open it and enjoy it the lounge area. Our business plan calls for the opening of a second store in downtown Manzanillo before the end of the year and will be located in the new shopping area next to the new port area for the tourist cruise ships. Two additional stores are planned for early 2009 in the state capitol of Colima. After which we see expansion into additional tourist such as Puerto Vallarta. Once our company has reached the minimum capital requirements we plan to go public and trade on the Mexican stock market.

Our current investors are Mexicans, Americans and Canadians currently living in Manzanillo. Our Company was capitalized at $ 50,000 USD from 1 Mexican and 2 Canadians. We are looking for American investors to help take our company to the next level.

I am looking for a loan to carry my business through the initial 6 months of ramp up time necessary for our recent book to get properly distributed and for its associated web sites to be properly promoted. Our overhead is low and the monthly needs are approx $7000. A loan of $42,000 would guarntee a smooth operation of our business during that period of time. A three year term would work well, however a quicker payback would be possible if this were necessary.

My company, Designing Online, Inc., dba Alternative Power Choices, a Pennsylvania S Corp, had previously and very successfully persued a home and garden audience, but our focus shifted to energy efficiency. We sold all home and garden related web sites a year ago and have invested all proceeds into developing the green energy division of our business.

We have three primary web sites that tie together to provide information, shopping and advanced market choices.

In the mix of these web sites is a 150 page energy efficiency book we have written that is very helpful in explaining the best energy choices to make. The book also provides references to the resources that can help our readers follow through on our ideas.

Our web sites support this new book and in turn, the book supports the web sites. POD (Print On Demand) publishing has been paid for through iUniverse and we are in the last legs of obtaining photo use rights and proof reading.

The web sites already exist and the books estimated publishing release date is mid November. We have performed all the work and already paid for everything. We just need working capital to help us stand on our feet better from November through April, while we grow.

The web sites are: http://www.energyefficientchoices.com/ , http://www.greenestchoices.com/ and http://www.bestenergysavingproducts.com/

Interested businesses or individuals may reply and we will provide more specific details directly to you.

Thank-you,

Hello,

I own a retail computer store in Queens. Was wondering If there is a lender who finance.. Personal guarantee available.
Won't be interested in cash advance against credit card sales.
This is our 3rd year in business.

Hello...

I am new to this forum, but not new to the world of business. After the down turn in the market, and out of an unfilfulled need in the market place for middle income families, I transitioned from Real Estate to Financial Service Advising and Credit Restoration services. There is a great need for these services (i.e. almost recession proof). 210 million people!!

In response to the post... Yes. I'm seeking funding (under $20k). If you or anyone can provide information on the type of funding you can provide, I'll be more than happy to consider doing a joint venture or offering a good rate of return on the investment.
