Thanks it is always interesting to get another perspective on our site.
To answer you:
1) We've got a guide for our products located here

2) I don't like to bother people with a newsletter but I tried one when I was on earthlink, then had some trouble and being banned from some ISP. So I will pass up on this one.
3) We are using business cards already, and our site rank pretty well on our keywords/keyphrases
4) We have some big medias talking about our site and did some Press Releases as well. We also published on our site many articles on our topic at
http://www.natural-elements-online.com/articles-on-natural-hawaiian-skin-care.asp We are also on many social bookmarks and directories too.
As you can see we promote our site decently, but when the time come to buy advertising we are limited with our budget.
