I am approaching my first year of owning my restaurant and is now beginning to get recognition and business however I am out of working capital. My resturant has been reviewed in the Star Ledger, The Summit NJ Magazine, Zagats and the Artful Diner all good reviews and my customers love the food but we are at the very end of our working capital and have used all of our personal resources. We are located in a commuter town in NJ just 20 minutes from midtown Manhattan. We are looking for and Angel or Venture Capitalist to get us through this bump. Hello n00dlesNJ,

Hope all is well. Sounds like you have a fantastic restaurant there. Tell us a bit more. Is the funds your seeking going just for working capital? Does the restaurant need to update any equipment or company vehicles?

Have you talked with anyone in regards to an SBA loan or working capital line of credit?
