Looking for investor for Sports Lounge/Restaurant!

Looking for investor for a Sports Lounge concept. Low investment, with quick return. Great lease agreement, low overhead, and i am very experienced in the business(17 yrs).

Hope the day is well. As far as the investment how much money does the business seek and what is the cost breakdown?

Have you looked into SBA loans or equipment financing?

Tell us more about the business. Is there a location setup already? In your 17 yrs of business is experience how much of that is in the resturaunt industry?

Have you looked into talking with somebody about an SBA?

Looking for 250k and I willsign a 10 year lease with options. Also, looking for a 1 yeaar return on the investmant with shares going to investor. I can forward my plan to you, just give me till mid next week. Thanks!
