I like your website alot but the pictures seem out of place below where all of the action is. This breaks the flow of the website overall. Can you put the pictures in the main box where all of the text appears? I think that relocating the pictures to that box (i think you would have to make it bigger though.) and moving the buttons, at the bottom of the page and the numbers down there as well, up and into a more accessible place would help your site come together much easier in the eyes of your visitors.

The way it is now, the pictures are blocking the reflection effects of the main page content boxes and this gives the site a broken look. The same thing is happening with the phone numbers and email boxes located below the main content area. They get in the way of the background effects on the page.

Relocate the pics and extra info (referred to above) or nix them and create new pages specifically for those items. Either way, I think that you will have a much more attractive site once something is done about them.
