It sounds like you'll want to confirm your status -- do you have ownership interest in the company, or are you an employee of the company? If you have ownership interest, you'll want to immediately get copies of all the company's start-up filings (registration, organizing documents, etc.). If you're an employee (assuming that this firm is located in the USA), then the company has specific obligations under state and federal law, and you have specific rights. It's completely fair for you to know exactly where you stand, and to expect to work and benefit accordingly -- it not fair for your friend to have it both ways (treat you as a partner or an employee, at her convenience). I would tell you not to do anything until you have a written contract where you both define your responsibilities and shares in the company. They seems to have all the control: the website -and its Domain Name- and the accounting (access to the checking account). To form the business as a LLC or Corp is not expensive and it would allow you to have a set of documents that would prove that you are a member and your interest in the business. Any incorporating company would provide you templates of an operating agreement (or Bylaws and organizational resolutions in case of a corporation) that would help all the owner to put everything on the table.
Since this is going to be a business with internet as the main sales channel, I would also suggest you to put the Domain Name on the name of the company. If your partners own the domain name, the will own everything.
