My business offers a Service, training and consulting. Most of the posts that I have read are about people selling a product, boosting sales. I am looking to reach individuals needing help with family issues and behavioral needs. I really need advice.

I think to reach people you need to do it through word of mouth.
I have a suggestion. People love something FREE. Come up with something FREE
Get your local newspaper to write a story about you and this FREE service.
When I was in business I sponsored a little league baseball team. All the children were running around town wearing my business name on their backs and the best part was the newspaper did a story about me and my business and my picture was included.
