I am looking for anyone who has successfully borrowed money from a bank for purposes of real estate investing. I am a part time investor and own two investment properties with positive cash flow, so I generally know what I am doing. The difference now is I want to stop using my own money and use other people's money to continue with buy and hold strategies, wholesaling and investing in tax liens.
