As far as the "big" job portals, I feel they are not in the best interest of startup companies. They seem to target bigger, corporate companies that can seek international assistance. Personally, I have had no luck with job searches by using monster, hotjobs, etc. That's exactly why I founded ExcaliberJobs.com.
