You have to be a little more specific regarding your idea. Some things I consider when helping new entrepreneurs develop a business plan are as follows:

1. Name of the business
2. Location and target market
3. Competition
4. Start-up costs

Of course it is a lot more than the above involved, but those are some of the things you would want to consider. There are a lot of resources on the web that can help you. Research is imperative to a successful launch.
