It is a subway restaurant store located in Fremont California, i am looking 5-7 yrs term loan and will pay in monthly installments.

Hi, I wish you the best in finding your loan. I'm writing because we're in a similar situation; we purchased an upscale italian restaurant in scottsdale. we have excellent credit; but we're extremely over extended since we've had to use alot of our own funds to carry it through the tough summer months.
