Are you looking for bank debt or investor equity? Have you approached a traditional lender yet? You mentioned that you have no debt. How is your personal credit? What kind of cash flows does the business generate?

A loan. We do not want to give up shares in the company if that is what you mean by investor eqity. My personal credit is good. In the 720 range. Cash flow from the company is more than enough to make the payments on a monthly bases.
