What is the benefit/threat of going with an Angel Investor? What are other options are there for upcoming companies with a investor ready business plan that does not have any capitol?

For us to give you GOOD info, you have to share some info

Tell us about yourself??, your company??, How long you been in business?? Etc.

If you are looking into investors, you will need to develop a Business Plan.
