Want Silent Partner - Luxury Boutique hotel purchase

We are a couple managing luxury hotels around the world.
We found an existing luxury boutique hotel in Morocco that we want to purchase and manage.
Looking for 1 million euros.
Can anyone help or is interested in becoming a silent partner?
