Our area is in need of a new updated day care center to help single parents, and families with two working parents.. Capital is needed for this project to acquire land and building cost and start up upon opening. This is becoming a high demand item and local banking and financing companies are turning their noses up to the idea. Any help is greatly appreciated . This project is just the beginnign.....

Tell me more, Who are you?? Where are you?? What area??
What is your background?? How much capital?? and For How long??

Have you developed a Business and Marketing Plan that I can read??
A Bus Plan is one of the first items a lender or investor will need to see.

Our company is in south east alabama, we are looking for capitol in the range of 275,000.00 and the terms are negotiable. We are working on a business plane and marketing plan as we speak. The state of alabama has a program to help with meals and extra expenses depending on the parents application.
we are looking to accomodate between 75 and 100 children and offer night time parental counseling. need any additional info contact me. Thanks Jim
