We have found an strong franchise this recess proof, profitable and want to buy A.S.A.P.
The $250k it the total amount needed! Parenets willing to co-sign! Unable to obtain an SBA or use IRA funds. Any help or information please email me.

The Franchise only helps with new construction not on existing stores. Although, they have been rather helpful in telling me where to go, it's just we keep running into walls. I don't want to give up but..... it's so frustrating!!
We have all the necessary information for any lender, just... where are they!!!!!

Are you an actual lender? Where are you located? We are looking for financing of an existing franchise there is no property involved with this loan.
