I haven't used it for business purposes. It has been hit-or-miss for selling or giving away personal items (I haven't used it for anything else). I've had more success selling personal items on eBay.

I have tried selling my business items on there and have not had any luck at all. I think my problem is that my items are more expensive that the people on Craigslist are willing to spend. Everyone on their is looking for a good deal.

As far a personal experience, I have bought and sold many items for personal use and both and sold machinery from my shop. It is great for that.

Thank you for sharing. It sounds like Craigslist is a good resource to sell or swap personal items vs. business items.

Craigslist is a great medium to expose your product to buyers actively searching for what you have to sell, considering the cost which is absolutely free.

This site receives millions of visitors a day, and despite it's unattractive design it is practical and worth the time and effort to list your product.
