LOOKING FOR SILENT PARTNER TO FURTHER INVEST INTO SMALL BUSINESS.

All of the proper time, homework and research have been done to thoroughly think through the proper steps to make this potential growth of an investment receive unlimited amounts of revenue. 8 years of hard work and dedication has already been invested into this opportunity that doesn't come around to often and would become an investors dream. Also willing and able to travel with expenses paid, any where in the world to show presentation and expected amounts of money to come.

HI, I'm La,Shon I'm in Georgia.I have dedicated my life in the food services industry;now i want to branch out on my own.I'm currently working on my business plan, sured be completed by mid-week.

MY NAME IS C. HAREWOOD AND I'M LOCATED IN THE MIAMI,FL AREA. I STARTED OFF 8 YEARS AGO WHEN I BOUGHT A LAUNDRY MATE AND NOW I HAVE THAT UP AND RUNNING FULL STEAM AHEAD. SINCE THAT TIME I'VE HAD A STREET NAME CHANGED ALSO the name of a local PARK CHANGED. I also HAVE A BARBER SHOP,CLOTHING STORE,SHOE STORE plus other vacant land properties ALL OF THIS ALONG THE SAME STRIP. ON a couple lots that I have I WOULD LIKE TO BUILD A shopping plaza as well as other amenities that would further increase great revenue, again all of this along the same strip. SURVEYS HAVE BEEN DONE through out the area TO SEE WHAT BUSINESS would be more lucrative within in this community, therefore I know exactly what is needed .

I'M LOOKING FOR AN INVESTOR WHOES ABLE TO INVEST 500K + I HAVE A FULL BUSINESS PLAN/PROPOSEL READY TO GO and ready to show at any time and any place.
