i am the owner of brents bbq here in mn. we are renting our restaurant and looking now for our own place. its rent to own. we found a awesome bar/restaurant we would like to have. the kitchen needs a complete update. the only problem we are having is our credit is shot from past hosbital bills and so on. no bank would ever give us a loan.if anybody knows of how we could get financing, please let us know.
we are looking for a loan for about $ 50.000 to start up.
