Your article was very interesting;ibuzz looks to be a fantastic marketing solution!

Speaking for myself - and not an attorney - it would appear that folks that use a system like yours would not be

in compliance with the TSR(telemarketing sales rules) - which were ennacted into law on 09/01/2009.

Basically, when using an interactive voice response(IVR) system - like ibuzz - the new law states that the person

must have furnished permission to contact them through such channels. This new rule, which many do not like - but

it's the law, has forced some out of the business AND others to change the privacy policies on the sites where the

data is created.

How do you advise your clients and associates on such matters, Sir?
