Reputable Company for CELOC? Are we eligible?

We have a commercial property that is up for sale. We want to get a CELOC for debt consolidation and cash flow for our business while waiting for it to sell.

Mortgage is 85 and SBA loan is 135

Do you think we can get a celoc for 200?

The building is listed for $900.

We really need this money!

Property is in Lake Worth Florida zip code 33460

We have had the building since 2001 and have done extensive repairs due to hurricanes

I have a company that does CELOCs. I do not have all their underwriting requirements in front of me. But if you call me so I know you are serious, I will see if we can get you a loan.
