Small Market Radio Investors Needed

Looking for $250k VA SECURED loan for acquisition of radio stations. Several small market AM station with FM translators are available now. But there is a sense of urgency as several others are also checking out the opportuntity to them grab up if we don't!. Any suggestion? Email me for any questions or just post a reply to this email.

I believe an "SBA Certified Lender" (as opposed to SBA Preferred) will have the fastest turnaround for any of the VA business loan programs, and speed seems to be the main issue for you -- so I'd start with one of those banks. I think First Tennessee is one such lender in your area (but you should verify that). Hope that helps. Good luck!
