My company is looking for a small business line of credit to repair a roof on a 4 unit apartments. We would also like to consolidate our account with Home Depot to a lower interest rate. Our credit scores are in the 700's and we have been in business for 4 years. We have strong personal and light business credit. We are trying to secure $15,000, with an interest rate of Prime + 4 or 5.

Tell me more about yourself?? and your Company?? Where are you located??

What does the business (company) do??

Do you have an Accountant?? Can I see prior year tax returns??

How long do you need the funds?? And How and when will you pay me back??
