Small Business start up loan

If anyone could offer advise on getting a small business loan, I'd be very appreciative. I'd like to start a candy store/gift shop franchise. It has very low start up costs, but I would need about $30K to get it running appropriately. My husband and I moved to Minnesota less than a year ago, which also means I have only been at my job just under a year. My husband is a full time student, going back to finish his degree. Any advice or suggestions, again, would be most appreciated. DakotaNightNurse@yahoo.com
