We have a new bar/restaurant that has enjoyed an amazing first six months in business. We have exceeded our sales goals dramatically and may have the opportunity to expand into an adjacent space. We need $250K in loan money to make this happen.

Being so young, we're having difficulty finding financing, but also know that we have a limited window of opportunity to expand. Does any one have a suggestion?
