I have built a new commercial building housing a Liquor, Wine and Beer store 1500sq ft. of retail space and 1500 sq. ft. of storage basement. It is located on a prime intersection and has on site parking lot. the bulding is brand new and the property is owned by me free and clear. All ABC licensing has been aquired and all plans approved and executed. I funded the construction personally and am looking for Capital to get started on Inventory and equiptment as well as employees, etc. I am looking for anything from 50k - 300k. Inventory turn around is quick in this business.
