Hello my name is Anthony I own Pelle Bella Tanning and im looking to sell my upscale tanning salon/spa would sell for 50,000. That includes
everything. We have (4) Ovation 3400 10min beds (1) Solefire super bed
and (1) 2m 200w booth. 6 rooms for tanning, office, supply room, powder
room with marble tile shower and vanity. Every room has mounted
cd/players w/ remotes also mirrors and tables in all rooms. We have
acid stained floors and vaulted ceilings. This is a very nice and
upscale salon/spa. Office could be made in to something else later on.
Buyer would assume lease with the building and everything else is payed
for.
