Need $250K Line of Credit for Online Marketing Business

I am looking for a $250k line of credit to expand my internet marketing business. We've been in business for over 4 years and this year's projection in sales is $3.2M. Our web application has 33k publishers and 5k advertisers with these numbers growing daily.

We need to add additional designer/developers to expand our product offerings and increase our customer retention. The additional working capital will allow us to focus more in improving our expansive advertising portal that is already in place. We also tripled our sales staff and it has put a bit of straing on payroll as they are finishing up with training.

We are located in Lewisville, Texas. My FICO score is around 780. I'm so glad I found this place!

Checking back to my post made Friday, I wanted to clarify that I'm not looking for 'exactly' $250k, it is more of a max we would be open to borrowing. If someone has options, I would love to hear about them. I do plan on following up with each and every response to find a good match.

We're definitely serious about finding someone.
