Can anyone guide me to a good resource for writing an operating agreement for an LLC?

Hey Dennis,

From my understanding it is the equivalent of corporate by-laws but for an LLC. Apparently they are not required by any state.

you may be able to get the answer by calling Nevada Corp Planners 1800-627-7007. they are who my LLC is incorporated with.or at this website Rocketlawyer.com free 30 day trail.complete your own legal forms. hope this helps
