What type of Insurance required for small IT staffing compan

What type of business insurance required for IT staffing/ IT consulting/ Tech company. We are located in California. As per my understanding, we need General Liability and Professional Insurance (Error and Omission). Any thing else we need.

Any suggestion for good insurance agent/firm who give good rate?

How long have you been in business??

I believe that every business should have an Accountant, A Lawyer and
an Insurance Agent

I've worked with Zurich out of California. You can easily find commercial insurance brokers looking for your business. They should be able to tell you exactly what you need. You can hire an attorney for an hour to review your business, to evaluate any other liabilities not covered, and draft up agreements to protect you.

For my own general curiosity, I would be interested to hear what you find out.

In addition to business insurance, in my opinion it would be beneficial to have some sort of legal protection also.

Check with your clients if they require you to carry workers comp, you can get that form the same person who does your liability and e&o

Check with a local Independent insurance agenmt. They can help you. I can alos heklp. I have a few good markets for errors and ommissions insurance for staffing forms.

If you are in california call this agency I got all my business insurance from they are very helpfull
