Laosson,

This really remains to be seen, as they say"actions speak louder than words". I have not heard or personally been involved with any contact from any angel investors from this community. Some here claim to be but only time will tell.

Cheers,

T.Michael

+I think you'll find very few, if any professional angel investors in this forum. There are however many structured angel groups around the US. I've interacted with several professional angel groups in the Seattle area which include The Zino Society (++www.zinosociety.com++), The Keiretsu Forum (++www.KeiretsuForum.com++), Alliance Of Angels (++www.AllianceOfAngels.com++), Tacoma Angel Network (++www.TacomaAngelNetwork.org++) and the www.nwen.org.+

There are lots of "wannabee" angels in this forum. I have first hand experience of many that have little experience and even less ability to follow through.

Best wishes:

I agree with the folks who responded to you..alot of the community people write back saying they are investors, but thats where it stops...and the ability to "do" is limited once you talk with them.

We all keep looking though as our drive outways the negatives. Keep at it !

Mark---- I agree with you 100% as this has been the case so far for quite a number of people here on this forum. I wonder why those people bother to waste their own time saying that they are investors when push comes to shove and they are NOT able to deliver. That's why my direct number is listed, for those REAL INVESTORS to make contact with me if they are SERIOUS but as you stated that has not been the case yet. Thanks for your comment and please keep in touch.

Cheers,

T.Michael

Totally agree...there is one person who answers everyones posting with the same questions and then - nothing...

I am in Orange County trying to do a startup in Vegas...we got it half way there with $67k of our own money with my partner and I, but need the next half and a small office, etc to get it going...the search continues!!

Hi Mark:

I think everyone is aware of the guy whom shows the same level of initial response to everyone in the universe. He obviously has his reasoning to respond to every posting that he can....perhaps he enjoys the attention as being a significant responder....lol.

Check out www.fundinguniverse.com if you have time. Good luck with the funding....I know it is tough for many people at the moment....and being in Vegas is another hurdle for you to overcome.

Good luck.

Copa what kind of car wash are you building for $100,000? are you sure you didn't leave off a 0 plus another $1.000.000? Good luck paying off anybody in a year with this economy car washes are a luxury and people are not spending right now.

We just need the start up capital. It will take a lot more to actually build it. That info., however, is a need to know.
We are building in a city with NO car washes and is growing despite the economy. Not to mention we do not need money to supplement our incomes, but thank you for your concern.

I am also looking for angel investors...With the economy the way it is no one is spending? People are still spending, but not on washing their cars or things like that. They want something that either gives emotional value or grows value overtime. They are also spending just the same on their children, toys, clothes etc. that is why i am opening a small wholesale resell store. Undercut all those bigger department and toy stores with the same merchandise and quality....We also have a small fun furniture business in the making, but do have displays we would share in our resell shop...am interested in personal investors as well....The start up for the building rent, and advertisements and merchandise and all legal is only around 66,000 dollars....I always have a reasonable way out as well in case it does goes south.. With a small loss but with the gain much greater if it goes good..For a complete layout and merchandise list and plan please email . I_dont_geev_a_sheet@yahoo.com
