Having been in the food service industry for well over 30 years, it has long been my dream to own my own small restaurant/pub type establishment. An opportunity has been made available to me to purchase exactly what my dream has always envisioned.
It is an established, up and running pub in upstate NY. It sits on 7 acres, has a few cabins that are rented out by the night, an excellent lunch and dinner menu, good bar business and complete living quarters.
I am hoping to find an angel or investor willing to finance the purchase. I am looking for a $350,000 loan, at10% for 15 years, this loan can be secured by the property, buildings and business itself.
