I am looking to find resources on Unsecured loans either personal or business for my wife and I. all credit scores are good looking to open a 24 hour fitness and tanning salon in high traffic area. Originally looked into franchise but I would like to add my own ideas. Fitness background for both of us, Wife has ran a small Hair salon for around 2+ years only license would be cosmotology license.

Where are you?? How long do you need the funds for?? and When and How will you pay me back??

We are in IL, looking for a monthly payment plan with a decent rate with a term of no less then 5-7 years if possible. We will have a member based business with 12-18 month contracts for fitness side with an optional Tanning package to add on or be sold on its own. I do have a business plan available.

dreamdragon - If you are open to a franchise (you mentioned that you considered it), I may be able to help you. There are many lenders who will lend to people who want to buy into a successful franchise.

Good afternoon, hope all is well. We certainly help customers open franchises like 24/7 all the time but unfortunately I havent seen unsecured financing especially in the dollar amount your seeking. If your interested in an SBA its hands down the best financing available these days for what your looking to do.
