Need $7,500 working capital

Need $7,500 working capital loan from private investor. 3 year old commercial janitorial service with 9 employees. Annual revenue of just under $200K. Willing to pay premium interest rate. Owner has negative credit rating. Please help.

You own a commercial, industrial & institutional cleaning service, WHERE??
How long do you need the funds for?? and How and When will you pay me back??

How long have you been in business?? Do you have tax returns that I can see??

Have you developed a Business and Marketing Plan??

Luckiest,

The company is located in Massachusetts. I would appreciate an 18 month term and would be willing to pay 20%. We have been in business since October of 2005 and yes we do have tax returns you could use to verify income. We have started a business plan but do not have a completed one. Growth is not hard to obtain with the capital to fund it. We do not have a formal, written out marketing plan.
