I just finished "Winning" by Jack Welsh and want to pick up something new this week at my local Borders. Any business favorites that people want to recommend?

Here are two books that will give you a better insight into marketing, and making a connection with customers while standing out from the crowd. They are talking about advertising but you can apply the principles to every aspect of selling or at least I have:
