For investors only: I have several business deals who need seed money for working capital and marketing purposes. The investment will be used as discretionary funds for the purpose of business development assistance to position borrower for independent financing opportunities. Terms and conditions vary case by case basis. Terms will be determined

Mini description of deals are but not limited to:

1. High profile custom handbags: target market - celebrities, elite personalities and fashion gurus: Location New York
2. Daycare center expanding, need construction loan to build facility on owned lots: Location Houston, Texas
3. Insurance Company; owner independent agent; previously launched own firm: Location Houston, Texas

5 Barber, hair salon, and barber school. Location: Houston, Texas
6. Hair salon. Locaton Houston

Are you looking for a total of 75k or 75k for each deal? My bank offers a business credit card for up to 25k for new business with no docs but must have good personal credit and be personally guaranteed. I'm sure our competitors have similar offerings.

This is for each business independently. I work with several different types of businesses who often need funding. I would like to know specifics for the credit criteria. What scores do you consider?
