Need loan of $10,000 to move to new office

I am in the process of moving my office out of my home an into a new, larger office here in Coal City. I need to secure $10,000 to cover my start up expenses, first months rent and overhead, and working capital. We have been in business since December, 2006, and now have a growing client base, which is producing an ever growing income stream each month.

I'm 60 miles south of Chicago, straight down I-55. I need the funding pretty quick, as the start of our lease is on 6/1. I am looking at a period of no more than 24 months, just to be on the safe side. What type of terms are you willing to work with? I currently have revenue coming in monthly from commissions of sold policies, and those will be increasing more, once we get into our new location.

Our business in an insurance agency. We average about $300 per month in commission, and add an additional $300 more per month. All of our payments are commission checks directly from the carriers we represent. We do not take in any funds from our clients directly. All checks are made out to the carriers direct, and we do not handle any form of cash here in our office.

I have checked out your website, and don't believe you can help. If I am reading your site correctly, I would need to accept credit card payments, which I do not and cannot do for my line of business. I own an insurance agency, and all payments are made directly to the insurance carriers. I cannot process payments for the clients. I do, however, appreciate your time and interest in our agency. I believe I can help you. I do offer secured and unsecured lines from 50k-500k. I know that is more than you need, but 50K is the minimum that I do.
