Whenever you get yourself in mortgage trouble always TALK TO THE BANK.
See if they can re-adjust the payments and work with you. Trust me THEY DON'T WANT THE HOUSE!
I'm buying foreclosures that the bank just doesn't want to bother with. They won't clean them up. They just want OUT.
